About us
At Coffee Chronicles, coffee isn’t just a beverage—it’s a storyteller, woven into the traditions that shape us. It’s the first sip of the morning, the fuel for late-night reflections, and the moments shared with others.
Built on faith, service, and the pursuit of something greater, our brand reflects the discipline, dedication, and resilience I carried from my time as a veteran. Coffee has been there through early mornings, long nights, and quiet moments of clarity—it’s more than a drink; it’s a steadfast companion.
As a mother, this venture is about creating something lasting. Each cup represents hard work, sacrifice, and the hope of leaving a meaningful legacy. At the heart of it all is unwavering faith. Coffee Chronicles isn’t just about great coffee—it’s about connection, tradition, and making an impact.
We believe in the artistry of brewing. Whether it’s a slow pour-over, a bold espresso, or a simple drip brew, the method is as personal as the moment. However you brew, we hope our coffee becomes part of your life’s traditions.
Every cup tells a story. What’s yours?
Coffee” comes from the Arabic word “qahwa,” which originally referred to a type of wine. When coffee became popular, the name stuck!
A London coffeehouse in 1652 promoted coffee with a poem that claimed it could cure hangovers, prevent miscarriages, and even make people witty.
Contrary to popular belief, the longer coffee is roasted, the less caffeine it retains. Light roasts actually pack more of a punch!
A dose of caffeine before a workout can enhance endurance, making coffee a natural pre-workout drink for runners and cyclists.
Studies show that just inhaling the aroma of coffee can reduce stress and make you feel more alert, even without drinking it!
A cup of decaf still contains about 2-5mg of caffeine, so if you’re super sensitive, it might keep you up!
Astronauts love coffee too! But brewing in zero gravity is tricky. That’s why NASA developed the “ISSpresso” machine for space station coffee.
Most coffee beans are green when harvested. Some are stored for years before roasting to develop unique aged flavors, especially in Indonesia.
Drinking about 100 cups in a short period could be lethal, but don’t worry—your body wouldn’t let you drink that much before getting sick.
In the 16th century, coffee was banned in Mecca because leaders feared it stimulated radical thinking. It was also briefly banned in Sweden, where even coffee cups were confiscated.

How it got its name: Some of life’s best lessons come from simple moments—like sipping coffee and listening to my dad’s stories. I remember him pointing out the tiny holes in pecan trees, explaining how birds were drawn to the sap, which attracted bugs, and in turn, the birds ate the bugs—a perfect cycle. That memory, much like a good cup of coffee, stuck with
me. Infused with buttery pecan, this blend invites you to savor the moments that matter—where coffee, conversation, and curiosity come together.
